Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like oat/almond)

- 1 tbsp brewer’s yeast
- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or sunflower)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir continuously until it begins to thicken (~5–7 minutes).
- Add ground flaxseed and brewer’s yeast. Stir well to combine.
- Once oats are fully cooked and creamy, remove from heat.
- Stir in nut butter and maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Top with your favorite additions like fruit or nuts. Serve warm.
