Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1–2 tsp monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir before serving and top with a few dark chocolate shavings.
